NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Special general Meeting (the Meeting) will be held at the Frank L Washington Lounge, Elouera SLSC (the Club), Mitchell Road Cronulla on Sunday 8 August 2010, commencing at 1pm.

The Meeting is being held to consider and to vote upon the following changes to the Club’s Constitution/ By Laws which have been proposed by Club members. The changes are recommended by the Club’s Constitution Committee (CC) and endorsed by the Club’s Board of Management.

Only members who are financial for Season 2010/ 2011 are eligible to vote at this Meeting.

Notice of 2010 AGM and Membership fee structure 2010-11

Please see attached notification regarding Elouera’s  AGM, which will be held on Sunday 8^th August, 2010 @ 2pm,  in the Washington Lounge.

Nominations for positions are now open (see attached list of positions) and must be made on the attached form.  Forms are to be signed by the nominee, a proposer and a seconder and must be lodged with the Director of Administration (via the office) by no later than 1 30pm on Sunday 8 August 2010.

Note:- You will be required to pay your membership fees and be a financial member for the 2010/11 to nominate for any positions and to vote at the AGM.
